Specchia is a little village situated at the bottom of Salento, southern Puglia in the province of Lecce. In the "heel" of Italy, it is an ideal place to go on holiday. Specchia is at the base of a small hill about 130m above seal level and from here you can admire the countryside to the Adriatic coast in the east to the rolling slopes of Salento toward the Ionian coast in the west.
